8:30am: After a long night of partying in Austin for SXSW, suffering from a severe neck cramp (long story) and in a very hungover state, I stumbled into an Apple store to purchase the new iPad. To my surprise the store was completely empty, which meant that for once my Mexican ass would actually be greeted by an Apple employee and maybe just maybe asked “Can I help you with anything?”. I mean after all, I’m Mexican. What do landscaper brick layers need Apple products for? I don’t even own a computer let alone know what a pixel is. Riiiiiiight. ?Ranting. I’ll save it for another day. My apologies.
Moving right along. Bought the thing, got my receipt emailed (duh) and was ghost. This being my very first iPad (I know what you’re thinking… “Wow, his first iPad? What a loser”), it was only right that I perform the unboxing ceremony right away at the adjoining Starbucks. Haven’t been able to put the thing down since, I love it!
